fees – general admission seminar events
General admission seminars are priced per person. The charge is $45 for payments on the day of the seminar, “at-the-door”. For payments received in advance by check or credit card, the charge is reduced to $35 per person. There may also be special pricing for individual events. Refer to the e-mail or fax announcement you received for more specific details.
Currently offering more than a dozen seminars, plus keynotes and interactive workshops, The Apartment Guy seminars can be customized for your organization to allow for time constraints or specific material. Seminars range from just under an hour to 3 hours. Workshops are two to four hours. Click here to register for a general admission seminar event in your city.

* I live alternately between Billings, Montana and West Palm Beach, Florida. Regardless of where I will be coming from for the event, my assistant looks at travel from each of the major airports serving these two regions and we will charge the lesser amount. I also have a unique cost-sharing plan with my fair housing and Close 'em courses that may be of interest to smaller associations looking to maximize their educational offerings.
